In a significant undertaking, we partnered with Retelit Spa to enhance the sales and after-sales service capabilities of the world’s largest automobile manufacturer. Our mission was to assist the Core team in designing and developing the after-sales area of a comprehensive enterprise application, set to transform dealer operations across multiple countries in Europe.

Objectives

Our collaboration aimed at providing expert Product Ownership, solution architecture, and general technical guidance. The goal was to support the main Italian contractor, Retelit Spa, in refining and expanding the application’s after-sales functionalities, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for dealers throughout the network.

Outcomes

The after-sales module has undergone a complete overhaul, with its enhanced version set to be rolled out across two countries by 2024. This achievement marks a significant milestone in the application’s evolution, promising to elevate the operational efficiency of dealers in the client’s network.
